She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Harp and Barbara Harp; and her brother Donnie Harp. She is survived by: her children, Charlie, Jeremy, Leroy Niemann (Evelyn), Tameca Niemann, Carla Niemann and Tawana Williams. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
