He is survived by: his wife Brandy Goldsmith; his son Jackson Harville; his parents, Jessica Rushing (William) and David Wayne Harville Sr. (Andrea); his sister Savannah Harville; his stepsister Angel Rushing; his nephew Jayden Rushing; and his grandmothers, Jeannie Johnson and Dorothy Rushing. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; as well as several cousins.
