He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Webb and Daisy Webb (Doney); his wife Marilyn S. Webb; and his brothers, Gene Webb and Cecil Webb.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Webb (Ami) and Kevin Webb (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jason Hall, Jennifer Hall, Beth Webb, Amy Crouzer, Andy Webb, Mikel Webb and Bradley Webb; and his siblings, Jo Pickrell, Hilda Parsons, Shirley Wilmoth and David Webb.
