He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McDougall and Celia McDougall (Smith); and his sister Barbara Ann Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McDougall; his brother Carl McDougall; and his children, Wendi West (Donnie), Julie Sobczak, Gary McDougall (Marlena), Natasha Grafing (Chad), Jessica Josephson (David), Theresa Leach (Mike), David Massicotte (Micki) and Jenifer Hayes (Chris). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
