He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie B. Nicodemus and Velma R. Nicodemus (Crawford); his daughters, Marilyn and Brenda Lee Nicodemus; his siblings, Keith, Kenneth, Gail, Jay, Glen, Larry Nicodemus, Dolores Ziegler, Elaine Guiff and Sharon "Pink" Diffendarfer; and his great grandchild Levi Ronald Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. White; his children, Karen Ann Blake (Tim) of Columbia City, Merrie Kaye Parish (Richard) of Columbia City and Randal M. Nicodemus (Sharon) of Columbia City; his sister Marilyn Gross of Columbia City; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Nicodemus of Columbia City and Alice Nicodemus of South Whitley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one step-grandchild; eight great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
