She was predeceased by: her mother Norma Jean Arington (Jones). She is survived by: her father Rexal Arington; her husband Eugene "Pete" Strack; her children, Niki Keister (Bret) and Brett Strack; her grandchildren, Liam, Nora, Vivian and Isaac Keister; and her siblings, Michael Arington (Sharon), Terry Meyer (Jeffery), Nadine Bollman (Sherlin) and James Kevin Arington.
A rosary was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Bosco Catholic Church (216 N Main St, Churubusco, IN 46723).
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Penny to Masses at St. John Bosco Catholic Church.
