He is survived by: his wife Penny of Churubusco; his children, Devin Goggin (Daisha) of Columbia City, Zoe Ellen Goggin of Columbia City and Ethan Goggin of Columbia City; his granddaughter Frances-Ellen Marin Goggin of Columbia City; his parents, Joyce Goggin and William Goggin of Garrett; his sisters, Katie Goggin of Fort Wayne and Megan Gaughan (Marty) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Herendeen (Max) of Columbia City, Tammy Crooks of Churubusco and Rick Rollins (Cindi) of Churubusco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
