He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tulley and Bertha Tulley (Richards); and his siblings, Gloyd Tulley, Milo Tulley, Carl E. Tulley, Phyllis Renkenberger, Harriet Fisher and Marilyn Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Tulley; his sons, Greg and Gary Tulley; and his stepsons, Brian Bobay (Nini) and Kevin Bobay. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
