It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Van Tichelt of Churubusco, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Van Tichelt (Martin); and his brother James Deavers. He is survived by: his son Tommy T. J. Van Tichelt; his father James Van Tichelt (Donna Crosby); his siblings, Eric Deavers (Carol) and Mendie Pruett (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Nikki Grubb (Tim), Richie Deavers (Kelley), Jacob Deavers, Matthew Deavers, Mistie Bragg (Doug), Andy Helvie and Jayson Helvie.
