We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2021, at the age of 79, Helen Clouse of Churubusco, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Clouse to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fulk and Lena Fulk (Crabill); and her brother Jack Fulk. She is survived by: her husband Terry Clouse; her sons, Michael Clouse (Jackie), Bryan Clouse (Jennifer) and Steven Clouse (Sandy); and her brother Dave Fulk (Cindy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
