She is survived by: her father Michael Lewis of Churubusco; her brother Benjamen Kelly (Haleigh Clark) of Fort Wayne; her grandparents, Janis Kelly of Columbia City and Bill Lewis (Sue) of Churubusco; and her aunts, Tammy Howard (Don) of Florida, Chris Cremeens (Stan) of Churubusco and Deb Uecker (Nick) of Churubusco. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
