He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Morefield (Elizabeth Sexton) and Carla Marie Bacon; his stepmother Heather Barrand; his son Dusty Murphy; and his siblings, Nathan, Anthony Morefield, Shyann Burent (Zachary), Haley and Aryanah Morefield. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
