She is survived by: her husband Orville Lynn Knisely; her children, Julia George (Michael) of Pandora, OH and Jason Knisely (Liane Lundquist-Minier) of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Jayma Hazelbaker (Logan) of Cincinnati, OH, Zachary George of Pandora, OH and Zebulon George (Emma Biller) of Ada, OH; and her great grandchild Landon Hazelbacker.

Memorial contributions can be made in Barb's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
