She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Blasingame and Lois Blasingame (Beckam); and her husband Coy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Carl Smith (Jayne) and Cheryle Smith; her grandchildren, Nicole Turner (Greg), Michele Appel, Stacy Kreilein (Bob), Amber Draper (Mike) and Lindsey Roos (Chris Brown); and her siblings, Pat Hopkins (Jim) and Dale Blasingame (Jo). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
