He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Litkenhus and Donna Litkenhus (Hunter); and his brothers, Charlie, Danny and David Litkenhus.

He is survived by : his wife Dianne Payne of Martin's Catholic Church; his children, Thad Litkenhus (Julie), Megan Thomas (Jason) and Lauren Wargel (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Lydia, Presley, Eliza and Jude; and his siblings, Linda Mitchell (Aaron), Carolyn Ambs (Bob), Steve Litkenhus (Diane) and Bob Litkenhus (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
