She was predeceased by : her father Frank Trinkel. She is survived by : her mother Joan Trinkel (Ludwig) of Chrisney, IN; her husband Douglas Carey of Chrisney, IN; her children, Megan Shumaker (Douglas) of Lafayette, IN, Shannon Carey of Nashville, TN and Jason Carey (Christy) of Kokomo, IN; her granddaughter Makenna Shumaker; and her brother Steve Trinkel (Marilyn) of Chrisney, IN. She is also survived by Many extended family and friends.
