She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Davis and Veronica Davis (Brinksneader); her husband Gilbert "Gene" Forler; and her brothers, William Davis, James Davis and John Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Forler of Chrisney, IN, Joseph Forler of Chrisney, IN and Father Chris Forler of Evansville, IN; her sisters, Rita Kissel and Lucina Hyde; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Davis and Mona Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin Parish, or the St. Anne Altar Society.
