He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace and Mary E. Tuley (Crews); and his siblings, Bill, Bob, Wallace Tuley and Sandra Kay Tuley.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Tuley (Meyer); his daughters, Arlene Allen and Anita Fussner (Clint); his grandson Evan Owen; and his sister Connie Miller (Randy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
