He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Bays. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Bays (Judy) and Harvey Bays (Carol); and his grandchildren, Douglas Bays, Jerri Jo Proctor, Dusty Snivley, Angela Carlson, Taryn Holbrook, Michelle Wallace and Mike Wallace.
