We bid farewell to Harvey Alan Moore Jr. of Chrisney, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 14, 2024 at the age of 76. Harvey Alan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Alan Sr. and Lorida Jean Moore (Stallings); his grandson Henry Knepper; and his close friend Brother Bill Carlisle. He is survived by: his children, Desiree Richard (Mitchell), Sarah Simon (Matthew), Hannah Meadors (Andrew), Jessica Kincaid (Jonathon), Lydia Spurlock (Jerry), Harvey Moore III (Candice) and Jacob Moore (Krista); his grandchildren, Hunter, Jaxson Richard, Emma, Cole Simon, Maddie, Annabelle Knepper, Allie, Rachel Meadors, Wyatt, Miles Kincaid, Abigale, Peyton, Mackenzie Spurlock, Reese, Leland, Rylen, Grayson and Emersyn Moore; his siblings, Linda Moore, Beverly Roach (David) and Terri Perkins; and his close friend Peggy Lawson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home (527 Main St, Rockport, IN 47635). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
