He was predeceased by : his parents, Aaron Waters and Lillie M. Waters (Duff); and his brother Ronald Wayne Waters. He is survived by : his children, Dave, Steven, Allen, Caleb, Josh Waters, Natasha and Lillian Waters; and his siblings, John, Clarence (Barbara), Fred (Ann), Darrell, Steven (Jessie), Michael Waters, Linda Shofner (Tony) and Karen Toton (Larry). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
