He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Waters and Lillie M. Waters (Duff); and his brother Ronald Wayne Waters. He is survived by: his children, Dave, Steven, Allen, Caleb, Josh Waters, Natasha and Lillian Waters; and his siblings, John, Clarence (Barbara), Fred (Ann), Darrell, Steven (Jessie), Michael Waters, Linda Shofner (Tony) and Karen Toton (Larry). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
