He is survived by: his children, Tina Payne (Kenny) of Trafalgar, IN, Jeffrey Embry (Diane) of Chrisney, IN and Timothy Embry (Dorothy) of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Jacob Payne, Bailee Law, Sydney Payne, Jordan Embry, Drew Embry, Corrie Embry, Brooklyn Embry and Madison Embry; and his sister Rebecca Middleton (Richard). He is also survived by Several extended family members and friends.
