It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Mott (Chesterton, Indiana), who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William E. Mott; his spouse Kerry Jo Mushinsky; his daughter Shannon Cristin Mott-Rivera (Tony) of Noblesville; his grandsons, Andrew and Tyler; his mother Marjorie Mott of Galatia, IL; and his sisters, Leisa Capellari (Russell) and Laura Short (Dave).
Memorial donations may be made to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
