He was predeceased by: his parents, Leighton Bailey and Marguerite Bailey (Smith); his wife Gracie Lois; and his siblings, Leighton, Jr., Burta, Nancy and Cheryl.
He is survived by: his children, William Bailey (Cheryl), Pamela Smith (Scott) and Richard Bailey (Jody); his sister Donna Butcher; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Kyle, Ethan, Kendall, Grace, Nathan, Kara, Maggie and Cooper.
