It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Kay Brobst of Chesterton, Indiana, born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on May 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Lawrence Brobst and Lou Cecelia Brobst; and her siblings, Nancy Carol Tinsley (H. Guice), Duane Brobst and Arlette Carstens.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Anne Best and Kimberly Laura Gillikin; her grandchildren, Andrew Paul Gillikin, Zachary James Gillikin, Clayton Thomas Best, Emily Susan Best, Myles Dylan Best and Casey Anne Best; and her sister Rona Jean Edquist (Kenneth). She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in honor of Susan may be given to the National Lakeshore, 1100 North Mineral Springs Road, Porter, IN 46304.
