She was predeceased by: her son Vernon Bergman. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Bergman of California, Sandra Bergman of California and Anne Bergman of Chesterton; her grandchildren, Shawn Bergman of California, John Bergman of Chesterton, Jeff DeGard of Chesterton and Lauren Lemanski Bergman of Michigan City; and her siblings, Kathleen Council of Hobart, Tom Schmidt (Kathy) of Lake Station, John Schmidt of Portage, Anabelle Trojan of Indianapolis and Jim Schmidt of California.
