He is survived by: his son Thomas Covington of La Porte, Indiana; and his siblings, Lisa DeMeyer (Seth Hoersten) of Michigan City, Indiana, Michael Covington of Lebanon and Joseph Covington (Mary Louise) of Laporte. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
