He is survived by: his parents, Harold Michaels and LaDonne Michaels; his spouse Carol Allshouse Michaels; his children, Craig Michaels (Charlotte) of Valparaiso, IN, Trish Michaels of Lake Station, IN, Susan Quinn (Bob) of Valparaiso, IN and Debbie Tarkane of Chesterton, IN; his grandchildren, Kay Michaels, Jen Estill (Matt), Kelly Coulopoulos (Bevan), Kristin Quinn (Joe), Robert Quinn (Meghan), Lindsey Tarkane (Joey), Michael Tarkane (Marie), Katie Tarkane (Adam), Robert Allshouse III, Ryan Allshouse (Brittany), Aaron Allshouse and Susan Allshouse; and his siblings, Alan Michaels and Kathy Dunnick (Darrel).
