He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Blouin, Jennifer Clemans (Carson) and Amy Blouin; his grandchildren, Rachelle (Dan Walsh), Katlynn, Raymond, Aleia and Samantha; his great grandchild Wyatt Joseph; his sister Marcia Blackwell; and his niece Michelle Hansford (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Reg's name are preferred to Heart to Heart Hospice or to the American Cancer Society.
