She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Coffey and Beaulah Coffey; her daughter Krista Brix; and her siblings, Doris Wohn and Gordon Coffey.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Walter Brix; her children, Karl Andrew Brix (Crystal) of Phoenix, AZ and Amy Michelle Glatthorn (Matthew) of Valparaiso, IN; her grandchildren, Raymond Maxwell Glatthorn, Alexandra Grace Glatthorn and Waylon James Brix; and her siblings, Don Coffey of Nashville, IN and Wanda Richards of Franklin, IN..
