He was predeceased by: his father Edward Mulchay; and his siblings-in-law, Walter "Lefty", Josephine Mikulski of Michigan City, IN and Terrence Mikulski of Trail Creek, IN.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline E. Mikulski; his son Michael Mulchay (Kristina); his grandson Patrick of Chesterton, IN; and his sister Kathleen Mulchay.
