Leona Zeigler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 82, Leona Zeigler of Chesterton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smentek and Katherine Smentek (Koski); her husband Ralph Zeigler Sr.; her grandchildren, Christina Sarelli, Aaron and Karl Regis; and her siblings, Joan Gullick (late Travis), Richie (Cookie) and Tommy (late Laurie).
She is survived by: her sons, Ralphie Zeigler (late Kori Barnett), Ricky Zeigler (Sue), Robbie Zeigler (Stacy), Reed Zeigler (Colleen) and Reggie Zeigler (Gini); her grandchildren, Angela Kohler (Nick), Donna, Karl Joseph and Timmy Barnett (Kim); and her siblings, Shirley Case and Lenny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Catholic Charities in memory of Leona Zeigler.
