He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Barton Lee and Alta Olive Lee (Johnson); his wife Carolyn Lee; and his siblings, Donald Lee Jr. and Judith Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Allen Lee of Michigan, Kitty Ilene Moore (Brian) of Florida and Kimberly Sue Lee (Mike) of Chesterton, IN; his sister Shirley Cline (Jerry); his pet Janice Joplin; and his friends, Marilyn, Larry and Mary. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
