It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Marie of Chesterton, Indiana, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Joyce Bish Sagala and Frank John Sagala; and her brothers, Frank Joseph Sagala (Lori) and John Sagala. She is survived by: her children, Samuel M. Lubeznik (Erika) and Jesse A. Lubeznik-Tunstall (DuShawn); her former husband Glenn Lubeznik; her sisters, Linda Ruiz (Dan), Chris Jacewicz (John) and Mary Sagala; and her grandchildren, Caleb Lubeznik, Liam Lubeznik, Landen Lubeznik, Kevin Kreighbaum, Taylor Tunstall and DuShawn Tunstall, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
