He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Domenica (Bonitatibus) and James Suffoletta; his wife Margaret; his siblings, Anthony Suffoletta (Eleanor), Margaret Rauch (James) and Ida Paulkonis (Chuck); his children, Susan Urh (John) of Gurnee, J. Robert Suffoletta (Leslie) of Austin and Daniel Suffoletta (Kim) of Cincinnati; his sister-in-law Rosemary Giampolo (Tony) of Mingo Junction, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Joseph Urh of Apple Valley, Nicholas Urh of Columbus, Andrew Urh of Chicago, James Suffoletta of Verona, Thomas Suffoletta of Austin, Kyle Suffoletta, Megan Suffoletta of Cincinnati and Drew Suffoletta of Gulfport, Mississippi. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Patrick Church or School.
