He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stineback and Frances Stineback (Kasinger); and his sister Barbara Stineback. He is survived by: his wife Elva Stineback (Brockway); his children, William Stineback, Julie McKean (Matt Roseberry) and Roni Wagner; his siblings, John Stineback, David Baker (Karen) and Debbie Tharp (Tom); his grandchildren, Whitney, Jenna Wagner, Danielle, James McKean and Aiden Stineback; and his great grandchild Kinsley Millender. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
