We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2021, at the age of 92, Jim Estes Sr. of Chesterton, Indiana, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Floyd and Emmie Estes, Sr. (Bain); his wife Flora Ann Estes; his son Joseph Estes; his siblings, James, Houston, Mandy and Martha; and his granddaughter Kelly Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Estes (Sallia) of Chesterton, Jim Estes, Jr., Steve Estes (Kathy) and Terry Coldiron; and his siblings, John Floyd (Carolyn) of Murfreesboro, TN, Novie Brewer of Murfreesboro, TN, Hattie Simanson (Russell) of Woodbury, TN and Allie Mae Rhodes (Doris) of Lebanon, TN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
