He was predeceased by: his sons, Eric Romanak and Chris Romanak. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Romanak and Marie Romanak; his spouse Cheryl Kemp Romanak; his daughters, Jamie Rager (Fred) of Valparaiso, IN and Carey Elliot (Colin) of Portage, IN; his grandchildren, Rylie Rager, Cole Rager and Prudence Elliott; and his siblings, Reg Romanak (Sandra) of Crystal Lake, IL and Susan Kinkade (John) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations given to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Jim.
