Ida Ruth Brasher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Ruth Brasher of Chesterton, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ida may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ida touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Washington Jones and Annie Jones (Whitfield); and her siblings, Frances Covelle, Gretha Nell Myrack, Barbara Sue Myrack, Larry Wayne Jones, James Alfred Jones and Roger Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Clark (Gene) of Chesterton, IN; her grandchildren, Skyler Brasher, Sierra Clark and Ryley Clark; her brother Randall Keith Jones of Alabama; and her nephew William Taylor Psneol of Alabama.
