It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Swoverland (Chesterton, Indiana), who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Aaron Miller and Irene Temple Miller; her former husband Clyde Johnston; her husband Donald Swoverland; and her siblings, Robert Miller, Richard Miller and Rosemary Loveless.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Johnston of Florida, Joseph Johnston (Beth) of Michigan, Julia Walsh (Patrick) of Chesterton, IN, Steven Johnston (Jenine) of Maine and Katrina Carpenter (Chris) of LaPorte, IN. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; and her 9 great-grandchildren.
