She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Fabrici; and her siblings, Joseph Mackulak, George Mackulak, Edward Mackulak, Helen Mackulak and Mary Mackulak.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sally Mackulak; and her nieces and nephews, Michell Mackulak (Leo Del Real), Joyce Bond (Bob), Jeffrey Mackulak (Sandra) and Jerry Mackulak (Jan).
