He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Dana Leady, Chris Johnston (Danielle), Adam Leady (Lee Ann), Tim Johnston (Angie) and Jennette Rudzinski (Chris); his grandchildren, Ryan, Chance Leady (Shiane), Teagan (Kris), Mackenzie, Eathen Johnston, Anna, Ian, Elsa Leady, Magen, T. J. Johnston, Johna Tomecko, Audrey and Carter Rudzinski; and his great grandchildren, Azalea Ortiz, Claire Leady, Amelia Johnson, Grayson Johnson and Scout.
