She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Smalley and Mary Smalley (Barner). She is survived by: her husband Bruce Howe; her son Devlin Howe (Tina) of Chesterton; her grandsons, Bryce and Cody Howe; and her siblings, Tina Gallagher (Robert), Charles "Chuck" Smalley (Luanda) and Cliff Smalley.
