He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Seely and Maryann Seely (Polizzi); and his siblings, Andrea Hollingsworth and Raymond Paul Seely. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Seely (Santucci); his children, Brittani Moore (Tommy) and Brendan Seely; his grandchildren, Karsyn Moore and Michael Moore III (Trey); his sister Michelle Seely; his pet Nola; and his friend Ray. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
