She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Edith; her sons, Greg and Roger Hanks; and her siblings, Howard Gates, Richard Gates, Betty Williams and Geraldine Shaffer.

She is survived by: her husband Howard Price; her children, Jack A. Hanks (Tammy), Sally Swan (Dave) and David Price; her sisters, Sandra Stanley (Gene), Valerie Tilford and Janet Nelson (Lynn); and her close friend Bertha Gobin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
