He is survived by: his sons, Henry and Theodore; his girlfriend Kathy Carlisle; his sons, Chace McCann of Rockwell and Archer McCann of Crown Point, Indiana; his siblings, Lauren Martin (Derek Thopy) of Chicago, Illinois, Courtney McCann (John Lynch) of Chicago, Illinois and Kevin McCann (Melissa) of Palm Harbor, Florida; his nieces and nephews, Eleanor, Cora Thopy, Harper McCann, Miles Thopy and Cooper McCann; his godmother Colleen Jarosz (Paul); his uncles, Kevin McCann (Kathleen) and John McCann; his aunt Patricia McCann; and his cousin Stephanie Jarosz (Matt Hubrich).
