She was predeceased by: her son Chesterton Police Lieutenant. She is survived by: her daughters, Stella Maloney and Kathleen DeWitt; her granddaughters, Morgan Maloney, Brittany Maloney and Linda DeWitt; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Lily Sylvester, Caleb and Veloz.

Instead, she asked that friends and loved ones donate to your local animal shelter in her honor.
