With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alexandra Newman (Chesterton, Indiana), born in Gary, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Czarnecki (Brilla) and Eugene Czarnecki; and her husband H. Anthony Newman. She is survived by: her children, Alexa Newman (Arin Wilken) and Mark Newman (Tracy); her sister Paula McHugh; her grandchildren, Allison Rothaar (Bradley) and Peyton Newman; and her nephews, Brian McHugh and Christopher McHugh.
