She was predeceased by: her parents, Layton Slaven and Rose Mary Slaven (Foster); and her husband James Franklin Gillam. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Jackson of Kennard, Barbara Ann Greene of Kentucky, Judy May Sloan of Oneida, TN, James C. Gillam (Kathy) of Knightstown and Steven R. L. Gillam (Jeff Gates) of Anderson. She is also survived by seven grandsons, four granddaughters; several great and great-great grandchildren.
