He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jackson and Margaret Jackson (Chance); his daughter Lisa Jackson Cook; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Mavern Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jackson (Frost); his children, Jeff Jackson (Jayne), Mike Jackson (Angie) and Stacey Fout (Bryan); his grandchildren, Lindsay Bubalo (Brett), Emily Denney (Kurt), Erin Harmon (Derek), Alyssa Jackson, Samantha Smith (Cody), Katie Fout, Sarah Fout, Conner Cook (Jasmine) and Sarah Ray Cook; his brother-in-law Bob Frost (Bev); and his nieces, Donna Roberts and Diane Edwards. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
